A minimum of SPF 30 is enough for general daily usage; more SPF is needed in case you’re outside most of the times, such as working at the beach as a lifeguard.

Some people have dry skin or combination skin, and sometimes your face can get quite dry to the point where it’s flaking, and you can pick the dead skin off. This situation can be quite a problem as the dead skin can cause acne, reducing your confidence and redness. And this is where moisturizer came in to help; they are there to hydrate your skin and to save you from dry skin, and usually, they come in two form, lotions and creams. Lotions fit more to daily usage to avoid the shiny, oily look, while creams are more hydrating and perfect to use in the night before you go to bed.
